30-day money-back guarantee

REAL Provider offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your enrollment for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to locate your order.
  2. Open the order and submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support from that page.
  3. You may also email us at support@real-provider.org and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel future renewals at any time through the customer portal at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future charges. Refunds are handled in line with Paddle's refund policy.
