Refund Policy

REAL Provider wants you to be confident in your enrollment.Important: Once a copy of your certificate has been issued, no refund is owed, regardless of the elapsed time from your order date.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to locate your order.
  2. Open the order and submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support from that page.
  3. You may also email us at support@real-provider.org and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel future renewals at any time through the customer portal at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future charges. Refunds for past renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in line with their refund policy.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

By enrolling, you agree that any chargeback or payment dispute filed against a completed transaction will result in your information being listed within our portal as a high-risk NPI number. In such cases, an automatic penalty of $5,000 will be assessed and will accrue interest at 10% annually until fully satisfied.

You further agree to a confession of judgement that may be filed in your immediate jurisdiction to accommodate governmental collection of any penalties owed.
